How about some nice "Casillero del Diablo Merlot 2003" from Chili and some Chorizo instead of cheese ... does the trick for me anytime.

Yummy... Sandwich of chorizo con vino tinto (with red wine).
Nevertheless, not recommended for ppl with high blood pressure 😀

There isn't a lot of Argentinian cuisine that is good for the blood pressure. I remember my first day in Argentina, I asked for a large steak sandwich. Not a mistake I made twice.

Oh well, a steak sandwich is not exactly what I'd call "argentine cousin". Next time you come to Argentina, don't hesitate to ask me for advice! I think I could give you some interesting guidelines about how to intoxicate yourself, while enjoying it! LOL 😀😀😀
