Clan recruitment

I am finding it superbly hard to find members for my clan, and the clan forums arn't much help. My proposed solution to this problem is that, there should be a list of some sort where people can put themselves on if they want to join a clan. This makes it easier for both clan leaders and non-clan members because a clan leader can just browse through and send a mesage to anyone who wants to be recruited, instead of posting on the clan forum and having nobody answer you.

I just ask people if they want to join my clan when I'm playing a game with them. So far I've gotten 14 people to join so far.
