Drecs

In addition to recs, one might have drecs, awarded to particularly heinous posts (like this one?). Recs and drecs would cancel each other out, so an overall score in either direction would perhaps be a more reliable indication of a post's overall perceived quality.

This particular site idea has only been mentioned a few dozen times. Old news, not going to happen, get over it.
