i dont recognise all the different countries flags - it should say the name when you hover over the flag

And your rating won't move up very quickly unless you take on opponents with higher ratings - if you beat a player 200 points below you the gain will be only 8 points, but if you beat one 200 points above you it's worth 24 points ....

Could we have a few more flags please? The international Celtic flag, the Cornish flag, the Manx flag?! Even the jolly roger!
