Make banded club tounreys possible?

Hi, I was wondering. How hard would it be to add a little drop-down box on the club tounrey formation page that allowed effective rating limits? Just curious, thanks.

This matter had been brought to the attention of admin personnel for quite awhile now. The request was to give club leader the capability to create tourney with rating restrictions (banded tourney). But, as you can see it hasn't happen yet. Maybe, if this thread is made to continue everyday, someone up there might get it and do something about it.
