Just look up the clan Clan 24492

    Select status.

Little white boxes are pending challenges.

Little green boxes are ongoing challenges.

Little red boxes are finished challenges.

This negates the need for an excel spreadsheet.
But how do you remember who is playing in what challenges if you are waiting for a response after the challenge has been sitting for a week?

Or what if one clan member wants to be withdrawn from certain challenges? Also, if pending challenges were visible to everyone, the players involved would be able to know what is coming up in their future gameload.

As the system is now, the clan leader who has been challenged has the advantage because he can accept the challenge at any time, unless it is withdrawn by the leader who offered it.

If a leader enter 5 members of his/her clan into a challenge which they feel is about even (usually within 50 rating points per opponent), but the other clan's members suddenly jump up a couple of hundred points each (maybe they were all new subs with p ratings), maybe they would want to know and rearrange or possibly withdraw the challenge.
