"What the hay is a negrec?" I hear you ask.
"Simple", I say. "A negrec is a shortened form of 'negative recommendation'."
"Huh?" you say, puzzled.
"A 'NegRec' option will exist alongside the 'recommend' link on a forum post. If you dislike the post, you simply hit on the 'NegRec' link, and voila! the poster has one point taken of his/her 'Total Recs'"
"Cool!" you say.
"And, when the 'Total Recs' value hits -100, the offender is taken out back and given a choice. Banishment, slap across the mouse hand, or a day in a locked room with zzxxx1.", I continue.
