My woeful estimates are way off yet again. The old adage of "the final 10% taking 90% of the time" strikes again! I will never learn. 🙂

When we do development we get two separate estimates from members of the project team on how long it will take - and then we add them together. That's our documented estimate :-)

An update on the new board beta - I'm pushing this back even further now. Sorry all.

Due to the level of testing required, I'm trying not to relegate too much to "future updates", which would require a duplication of testing effort, and get as much done now as possible.

So lets just say, later in the summer now, unfortunately. Hopefully for the best!

edit : This is holding up the new iPhone app too, so I'm really trying to get it ready ASAP.

Nearly back on track with this. Just a few minor changes and internal testing to complete before starting this beta.

Finally closing out the 'todo' list with a last minute addition - the previous move is optionally animated when you visit your game.

We should be good to go with this tomorrow. I'll DM those who volunteered above. Thanks.
