    Could the analysis board feature be expanded so one could paste or text in a game and view it by clicking through?

    Funny, I just posted the same idea in a more prolix fashion. CHESSPAD seems to miss out because it relies on PGN. Most books & magazines don't give one the PGN.

    What do you mean "relies on pgn"? You can input the position by putting pieces where they are.

    I sure wish that some software suppliers that I use were as responsive to customer wishes, and less driven by the marketing department.

    I mean that from a diagram I can make a FEN. It would be nice if the program accepted the FEN. Most programs that generate a position by having one input piece by piece are pretty tiresome.

    I have rummaged around on it & really missed that feature. Can you tell me how a FEN is input to Chess Explorer?
