Is it right that everyone should be prevented from posting pictures simply because some eejit MAY post vulgarities?
Like I said earlier just about every forum on the internet allows posting of pictures these days.

RHP could get more mods if it became a problem; but I highly doubt it would.

so just as with avatars, only allow [img] tags to work from Subscribers.
The odds of a subscriber getting his account banned due to improper pictures being posted, is much less than just a free account.

I say pics would be great; just find a way to limit them.
Or:
Allow Subs to save a gallery of pictures, and allow players to link to galleries. Once again, stopping vulgarity by Subs accountability, but allowing all players to link to photos of usefullness.

Hmmm, this is probably the only way to go.

I just don't want these forums to go the way of many others - where they have apparently a 'Who can have the BIGGEST and COOLEST signatures and avatars. LULZ!'

At least now the idiots can be easily ignored, but once they start spamming up the forums with their 'cool' signatures and images, what do you do?
I love that our forums are about the content, at the moment.

On the other hand: Linking directly to failblog is not as affective as actually posting the pic in reply to a stupid post...

They could be separately disallowed surely.

What I mean is, even if we don't specifically have signatures like phpBB type systems have, people may start using signatures in their posts and how will we stop them?
