Is the screen layout the same for RHP globally ?
Meaning....does the RHP screen look the same for people in US, Canada, Germany, Romania, Philippines, etc look the same.
For example, if I navigate from a game to a tournament or a clan challenge, will the link appear in the same place for gui's in different countries ?

This is correct.
The device size that you use to access the web site will change the appearance though.
Reason I asked is if I want to tell a new clan member how to access a clan challenge from the game page, that I am pointing him/her to the right place on the screen display.
