Hows about us having one - so many people with complaints about timeouts, slow play, not resigning etc etc.
I think it would be an excellent addition to the site and would definitely encourage more people to subscribe. 😏

Thanking you in anticipation of a speedy reply,
    yours sincerely

Good idea as long as it was restricted to subs only, for obvious reasons.

No no, we are very excited about the idea.

The question is - Whose definition is to use to the very concept of ranting?

If only people would refuse to post in the rantous threads, the problem would be solved in a jiffy and no Rant Forum would be needed. But people obvious like the rant postings.

What we really need is some kind of Artificial Intelligence sort out the rantous postings, or threads, but - ah - we have the moderators. These are not very liked when they censor threads and postings. So where is the solution?

So, we would be very excited if we only have to read the intelligently and spiritually written postings, but until then we have to filter the threads and posting ourselves.

    Nice thought though...

I was thinking more along the lines of so that we could pick the Rant forum to post our own rants about stuff - rather than having them moved there by the mods.

Then I like the idea a lot. When you want to rant, turn to the Rant Forum. Rant along with other ranters!

But what about postings that do not rant, do we move them to a more appropriate forum?

They get deleted. The poster can then rant about the moderators.

Yes, but only in the Rant Forum.

Edit: They will have moderantors in the Rant Forum.

This idea definitely seems to be gaining support; that's good.

I think that would be a bit narrow, why not make it a forum about philosophy in general?

    P.S.: It's spelt with "K".
