rec'd only option in search forums

For the search forum option "search by author", would it be desirable to have a tickbox "recommmended posts only"?
A lot of people have commented that they couldn't find what posts of theirs had been recommended and this would be a nice easy way to do it, plus a further general refinement of the searching tool.

That would be nice.

What would be nicer though would be to have the functionailty already there working properly...
