It was supposed to be a joke.
Don't know what you mean by "time" unless you are referring to the Chairman of the board song from the 70's where they need more of a herb for their recipe:-"Give me just a little more Thyme"
Let's leave it at that .Sorry for the digression.This is definitely not "site ideas"!!

Just an expression we use here.

When a person doesn't find a joke that funny. They as a rule say that is that a time joke, meaning they will laugh when they have some time.
