RHP Titles

It may be fun, I think, to have RHP Titles (Master and such) for certain ratings achieved. What do you guys think?

Skip the rating thing. The Master, Champ, Wizard thing is a good idea.

Make a tournament in order to declare a RHP Champ etc, and let him/her keep this title until the next tournament. Three consecutive tournament wins make him/her keep the title permanently.

It has a certain glamour to the titles.

Skip the ratings, even I could be a Champ (*wish, wish, wish*)

How do we get Russ to tell us what he thinks? Anymore Ideas?

I dont have a knife, lend me one somebody, That would be cool to give Weyerstrass and Akizy and them some sort of title for a getting to 2400 or to 2500, and even for the people at 2000, we could even go lower or whatever.

I have seen this in other chess websites; like SchemingMind.com but

I believe that RHP is doing allright without those 'silly' titles.

RHP is another world and you have to show your skill by trusting the already members and welcoming new people.

Such titles will create another 'elite' issue.

My vote is indifferent.
