Hey Russ! :-)
On your Analysis Board's "Manipulate Pieces" pop up (reached by right clicking a square), you let us toggle the color of a piece.
How about also giving us an option to shade the square red or gray or even, like you do on the game board to indicate moves, light green and dark green? This would be a big aid to analysis and pretty easy to add, I'd think.
