skip game & advert loop

Apparently there is software that skips the ads whilst at the same time appearing to the advertisers to have been seen. Hence no-one loses out.

Unfortunately, this is the philosophy of spammers.

However, it should suffice to display the occasional advertisement rather more passively, without requiring the user to have to click it away.
