C'mon admit it, everyone loves to see statistics.

How many people are online? How many games have been played? How many subscribers vs. non-subscribers, how many people from each nationality have joined? which nationaility is the 'best' at chess? What is the average rating, things like that....would be interesting to see!

No one knows the nationality but the member himself. He might be true about his nationality but he can also show where he's playing at or he can hide the flag altogether, not to mention that he can be a liar. The nationality itself is a secret.

Hard to do if Russ doesnt get rid of al the thousands of 1200's who havent lpayed a game yet, rather than trying to make the site look bigger...

you could simply 'only' use statistics on non-provisional ratings; ie. when 20 games have been played.

agree with all of the suggestions, cool, especially about "dumping" players who have not moved .. . .really, just count the ones who have actually COMPLETED at least one game . . . .NO, better yet, statistics on players who have actual ratings! those would be interesting numbers

feed back send, i think the workload might be o.k. they could simply add more filters to the player tables..
