Vacation and timebank

I suggest a piece in faq explaining categorically the vacation flag related to timebank.
I don't know how many times myself, Kewpie and others have explained this in the help forum but it crops up over and over again.

Can we create paragraphs for the FAQ please, so you only have to but them in, Russ?

Great idea. We do get tired of saying the same thing over and over, sometimes in threads started only a few days after the last one.

Don't move till the last minute when your opponent is on vacation to use up their vacation days 😉

At least for the matches that are 21 day time banks!
