Have a computer program delete said player whose rating is above the maximum allowed for said tournemnt, prior to start of tournement in question.This gives said player an unfair advantage dur to Red Hot Pawns lack of inovative computer program, and provides no pleasure or entertainment playing a ignorant chess player.
