-Removed-My default setting is to accept personal info shared on these forums as honest. I've applied that to personal things you have shared here also. - I don't want to be one of those people who poke fun at a shared experience that might in fact be genuine. I don't consider that doubling down. I consider it good forum etiquette.
There are of course individuals who are not credible, especially those who reappear with multiple accounts. Suzianne (and yourself) are not one of those.
If you were to share yourself an angelical encounter you had experienced, my response would be the same as it was to Suzianne. Initially I would be curious for details and then most probably attempt to rationalise your account and look for alternative explanations. - As long as you were being serious in your recollection, I wouldn't accuse you of lying or of being delusional. (Based on our previous interactions and you being an established member of the site).
-Removed-I would place Suzianne in the same bracket, as someone I trust through historic interactions.
And you have 'not' always posted with pragmatic honesty. (The whole 'killing off FMF' thing for example, which was initially presented in a credible manner). - And no, I do not think you paid Russ to have posters removed. Suzianne and myself don't agree on everything. But if she believed that, then well, that's what she believed.

This is one of Suzianne's delusions, I'd say, no matter how "honest" she's being, or what role "high stress" may have played in her making the claim. The same goes for her often repeated claim that I have had "hundreds" of subscribers banned from the website "for disagreeing" with me because I am "a secret mod". These are delusions.

Someone believing that something is "true" is part and parcel of their delusion and not evidence that it is not a delusion.

Someone "being serious in [their] recollection" and not lying about it are fundamental aspects of a delusion and not things that suggest that it somehow isn't a delusion.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidYes. I believe that Suzianne has described some of her delusions on the forums on several occasions. A memorable one was allegedly bringing SO many people back from the dead with CPR on the pavements of Denver that she has no idea how many there have been. I think that is a delusion rooted firmly in narcissism and online disinhibition. As for KellyJay, and other people who believe in Christ, I don't think those beliefs make them delusional.
As an aside, you recently made a big fuss when I used the word 'fairy-tales' to describe Kelly's biblical beliefs and yet, when it suits you, happily describe another person's experiences as delusional. I think you would be more credible as a poster if you exercised some consistency.
@fmf saidQuite a weak proposition to be honest, as it goes both ways. People believing something (that you consider false) doesn't evidence they are delusional. - If it did, I would judge all theists as delusional. (Which I don't).

@fmf saidSo you are saying Dive would be delusional if he seriously recounted a personal encounter with angels?!

You are certainly referencing the account Dive has posted numerous times, but I strongly suspect that he has embellished the original account.
