Ask Joel Osteen.
Well done.

It’s important to me to be important to the people who are important to me.
I think this kind of importance is a key part of defining who we are as individuals as well as laying the foundation for our each every purpose in life.

My answer was already boiled down. If you are looking for something to fit on a fridge magnet, that's a matter for you.
Your answer was very revealing - and not in a good way.

This is better than your first answer.

I don’t speak for God. God speaks for Himself through the Bible. It’s a pity more people aren’t listening.
But you did speak for God. You told me what He thinks. You backpedal now?

And now we know why there is only one Christian denomination.

When did I tell you what God thinks?

Not everyone sees the Truth. Too many people won’t set aside their pride and all their worldly baggage when going to and reading God’s Word.

You’re important to me, Kiddo. And I know I’m important to you.

More importantly, you’re important to God. You know the parable about the 99 sheep?
Unedited post, showing that romans 1009 speaks for god.

Well, maybe he was just trying to make you feel better. But you're right, maybe we should consider the alternative.

I’m referring to what God says in the Bible. You didn’t catch that?

I did. Saying what God says in the Bible is not the same as speaking for God.

I guess you’ve been given the assignment of trolling me and being the atheists’ lickspittle.

Try thinking for yourself and breaking from the (amoral) herd.

So what is "important"? I would assume that depends solely on the perspective on the person being asked. Without personal bias, importance has no meaning. Only when we assign certain things or people worth do they become important.

So what is important to you and are you important?
You are only important if you agree with the majority. Importance is a popularity contest.
