Christians who doesn't understand the words of Jesus don't have to like anyone. The question is then if they follow the intention of Jesus or not.
Jesus said: "Love your enemies". If you are suppose to follow this word, but have difficulties with it, it is surely easier to "love those who you dislike", or further, accept others even if you don't like them.
Real christians are not filled with hate, not to anyone.
