Why is it 'crap' if it is not necessary to prevent you from spending an eternity in hell? Do you think other spiritualy motivated acts which do not directly prevent us from going to hell are also 'crap'? Perhaps if you would be so kind as to define 'crap' in the sense you are using it.

Been about 24 hours since the last time I posted this. I see you have posted numerous times in many other threads, including in this forum.

So, for the fourth time now STANG,

EDIT: If you fail to reply, again consciously ignoring my points/questions, I shall assume you concede the debate.

Like I've said, I'm not necessarily into debating (other than when RBHILL finally replies to my Questions For RBHILL thread).

    Isn't baptism promoted as a necessity ?

Formost, if you are not "into debating", I humbly suggest you phrase your thoughts in the matter of a question, rather than a statement. If you are not interested in debating a position, it is only proper in a forum of debate, that you refrain from asserting a position. If you do not wish to take part in the discussion, then do not participate in it (let alone start it). I consider your statement here to be highly unnormative. So be it though.

Baptism may be promoted as a necessity by some Christian dogmas, but most certainly not all.

Come on, Omni-guy: this is Stang you're talking about!
He is nothing but "unnormative," on a consistent basis.
    That is his normative!

Hey, I'll grant you the guy is a strange duck, and probably off his rocker.

....but that's no excuse for crying "I don't want to play anymore!" when you can't support your position.

That said, your point is duly taken and I shall bear it in mind. Somehow, I feel like Johnny Knoxville in the movie 'The Ringer'. 😛

    Which one is right ?

As I've said before, if a loving god were to exist, why would his word be so ambiguous when there's a risk of us spending an eternity in hell ?

Do you think it is those things you do not understand that put you
in bad stead, or those things you do understand and reject that
