I thought his contention that one of the key underpinnings of much of atheistic thinking is perhaps somewhat of an "infantile fantasy" was interesting ~ especially as he identifies himself as an atheist. But, you're right, it's been a damp squib and it hasn't triggered much discussion among atheists and non-religionists here.
