As far as I knew, the people that follow that book, the Hare Krsnas, and promote very passionately above any other literature, deplore violence in general.
They limit themselves to these small little "sticks" ,(I forget the proper name), to defend their temples, restaurants,etc. Even when faced with violent intruders I have seen them show restraint and apprehension at having to dish out violence, and have all seen them take the most least violent path to remove the intruder (or whatever the case may have been).
So I doubt there could be any one, enough willing participating devotees anyway, to carry out any genocide. And if they're not going to do it then who is?
