If America eliminate their enemies, then they have no reason to justify their enourmous military budget.
This sort of stuff goes beyond the U.S.
The transnnationals that control our world just use the the military and political clout of the U.S. to maintain thier thier power.
Luckily, the biggetst threat to to Americas power is America itself.
