Week 18 Guidance

Let God direct your daily path and you will save a lot of heartache, wasted time, dead-end roads and wrong turns in your Christian life. God sees things from a different perspective.

1. Circle key words and phrases in the following Scriptures.

Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your
truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you
all day long.
PSALM 25:4–5

He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.
PSALM 25:9

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.
PSALM 32:8

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.
PSALM 143:8

* Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
PROVERBS 3:5–6

The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sunscorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a wellwatered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
ISAIAH 58:11

I reject this, as Galileo did before me:

"I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."

And I can't wait for the Adversity Study. That sounds like it will be one of my favorites.

Wouldn't you want to trust in the Lord for your Salvation.

Also trust in him for the right wife, or job.
