A favorite pastime of Christians. I dont think Paul intended for Christians to do that. There are a couple weird thing about this :

First the Holy Sprit is a guide which Jesus said is to remind them of His teachings. Yet the funny thing is that Christians very rarely ever promote the teachings of Christ. They are more into the teachings of Paul, and a twisted version at that, which omits all mention of righteousness and good works.

Next, Christ comes and makes his abode with those who keep the commandments. Yet Christians claim to have Christ and have the Holy Spirit, but strangely never tell anyone about keeping the commandments. Its weird, and they even tell people nobody could keep the commandments.... a comment never once made by Christ or any of the Apostles.

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. (John 14:21-24 KJV)

The passage is clear.
IF you keep the commandments, that demonstrates your love for Christ. THEN Jesus aka the Holy Spirit is with you. So in the case of a Christian. The process is :
- the Christian professes faith in Christ
- he keeps the commandments
- THEN Christ comes to him.

Why don’t you identify the commandments Jesus taught?

Isn’t this one?

“And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

(John 6:40)

That’s the commandment, that’s the will of the Father - that people believe in the Son!

Jesus said the Spirit of God, the Spirit of truth, the Helper comes He would bear witness about Jesus, they are distinct in that they are separate persons, but One Being God.

No one omits we are to do righteous good works; I have been telling you first thing; first, Christ's redemption due to His sacrifice we are redeemed to receive God in us. Then we walk out our lives in Christ doing the works He does have for us. Without God, that is impossible; when we pick up our crosses and follow the Lord, we die daily that which is not of God is entirely unacceptable in Christ only are we redeemed.

John 15:26
“But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.

What a load of bs you constantly write. Jesus said to keep the commandments. You say:
- take up your cross. What the hell is that? Do you have a cross in your grange and you pick up that?
- you die daily? What does that mean?
- you follow Christ? You wald behind Christ like a duck? What?

You are clearly not a person blessed with the ability to speak clearly and plainly as Jesus did. Your writing is jumbled mumbo jumbo that nobody can understand.

Jesus said to keep the commandments and yet you have not in all these years said that one single time.

No one is saying don't obey Jesus except you as you accuse us of things we are not doing and saying.

Luke 9:23
And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.

Gods Spirit, Christ Spirit, the Holy Spirit, cannot possibly be with someone like you if that is what you quote from the teachings of Jesus Christ. The Spirit of God, guides people to promote the teachings of Jesus Christ. You are not one of these people. At the end of your teaching and preaching people must know what Jesus said and commanded. You are a failure if that is your intention.

I'm amazed He loves me too, but He died for all of the sins of the whole world, not just those we think are worthy of Him. It was for sinners He came, not the righteous, so I fit the bill. I'm a sinner in need of a Savior. Do you think there are those worthy of God and those that are not? I'm telling you none of us are worthy of Him, but His grace is so great He redeemed us, not because of works of righteousness done by us but because of the love He has for us.

Do you exhibit the fruit of the Spirit in your interactions with others on here?

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”

Have you once taught what Jesus taught about keeping the commandments? No, you have not. Then that omission on your part makes you an evil Satan, which is worse than obnoxious.

You have no Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit teaches people what Jesus commanded and so far you have discouraged people from keeping the commandments.

I interact pretty well with the brothers and sisters of Christ, who Jesus described as those who keep his commandments. You are NOT one of them. You are here to sow the seeds of the Devil, which Jesus called the tares. These tares live among the good wheat and try to corrupt them with their false doctrines. Jesus said you will be rooted up and burned.

This is to deny yourself and enjoy Jesus within you instead.

First you must receive the Lord Jesus. Then you learn to deny your self in situations and instead of following yourself you follow the Lord Jesus in your spirit.

If you do not have the Lord Jesus how can you enjoy Him instead of your soul life?
Your soul life is all you know, all you have, all you have ever had.
The only life you know is your self, your soul.

When you receive the Lord Jesus in addition to the life you were born with you have compounded into your heart another Person who blends with you in such a seamless way. But you will experience that eventually this living One within will say -

" No. This time don't say that."

"No, this time don't think that way. Enjoy this truth INSTEAD. "

"No, this time do not go there. Enjoy THIS peace within INSTEAD. "

"No, this time don't follow your natural instincts. Follow this sense of life and peace INSTEAD."

Each act of obedience makes you a little stronger.
Each act of trust in the leading of the Lord as opposed to your natural way, leads to a stronger spirit. Your will to live unto God develops heft and vitality with each instance of when you deny yourself and follow the anointing of the Holy Spirit within.

This is to take your cross and follow Him. It is not simply to suffer. It is to DIE to your own way to live and INSTEAD, INSTEAD go along with the indwelling Jesus.

It was said by an experienced believer "If you bear the cross eventually the cross will bear you."
This means the cross of denying yourself will eventually make you dead to that which previously assaulted you. You are held up above the flood of this world.

The cross bears YOU.
The cross of denying yourself to follow the Lord Jesus sets you up on high, transcendent, overcoming, dead to the world and the world dead to you.

It comes in increments of education. And He is gentle. He does not usurp your will.
And He is easily silenced like a shy dove. But Oh SO powerful when you go His way and say AMEN to His leading.

Total mumbo jumbo that has nothing to do with the teachings of Christ. All fabricated church nonsense. Its no surprise that you church people need to rewrite the bible to change what it says. In 100 yrs there is be no KJV, it will be all church bibles that says the opposite of what Jesus intended.

You are another lost soul. You have no Holy Spirit in you because your doctrine bears no resemblance whatsoever to the teachings of Christ. The Holy Spirit REMINDS PEOPLE about the teachings and commandments of Christ. Clearly you have no such thing in your memory.

BUT ... You still have to keep the commandments.

Those are the words of Jesus Christ.
