I've never been a big fan of "While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks" myself; it sounds too much like a national anthem. But then again, so does "Oh Come All Ye Faithful", and I like that one.

Actually, I'm not sure what I'm on about with the national anthem thing; "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" is another one I like although it sounds like it could be a national anthem.

I like "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen". That's a hearty one. But my favourites are probably the slow powerful ones like "Silent Night" and "Noel".
