It should be the informed choice of an adult -- just my opinion; I don't say that child-baptism is necessarily wrong.

No. Christians (even children) can only be validly baptised the once.
And I thought "frequently" meant "a general practice", not a "repetative act on an individual". I sure misconstrued that one. My answer would be the same as LH's.

No, I think LH got it wrong. I've never heard of a church performing repeated baptisms on a single child.
