@bigdoggproblem saidBoth sins of a sexual and nonsexual nature is what angered God before the decision to destroy the cities. Two people of same sex having intimate relations is an abomination to God, and was punishable by death according to Jewish Law.
Maybe I'm crazy, but could it be that God was mad about all the raping, rather than the mere fact of two people of the same gender having intimate relations?
The post that was quoted here has been removedHuman nature has a whole long list of inherent weaknesses and failings apart from weak sexual natures; greed, lying, selfishness, pride and many more. God created them all. Why? Who knows? Still God will punish those who continue to practice these things, whether its death or some other punishment, in the end we all die. We can only do as Jesus commanded and avoid permanent death.

The post that was quoted here has been removedYou got the impression I was implying something? I thought I was being clear. All of these sins I mentioned are natural to the fleshly man; lying, greed, sexual immorality, gluttony, gossipping etc. God made mankind like that and just how he made them, he can destroy them.
