The answer is yes, There are many places in the bible that states emotions of God. Go to the concordance os a study bible and look up words like wrath, jealious, love.
The states that God is a jealous God, also to He will turn his wrath apon those who provoke His fury. And of course The Bible states that He commanded His love toward us.

Okay, I understand that. But is it possible you could be wrong since
you are not omniscient? Also how do you know God is omniscient,
since that term is not used in the Holy Bible. It is true that God must
know a lot more that any of us to have created the universe. But if
He knows ...[text shortened]... ld not
learn like we can. What scripture reference do you have that proves
    God can not learn?
so are you saying that God is something less than perfect?

are you saying that there could, at least theoretically, be a being that knows more than God does? -- and would thus be able to teach God the things he doesn't currently know?
