The answer is yes, There are many places in the bible that states emotions of God. Go to the concordance os a study bible and look up words like wrath, jealious, love.
The states that God is a jealous God, also to He will turn his wrath apon those who provoke His fury. And of course The Bible states that He commanded His love toward us.

are you saying that there could, at least theoretically, be a being that knows more than God does? -- and would thus be able to teach God the things he doesn't currently know?
