Saying that the word of God (scripture) gives us a written revelation about God and man doesn’t in anyway diminish the truth that is in His creation, all truth is God’s truth.

Seeing people take all the goodness of God’s gifts and turn them into evil perversions, doesn’t take away God’s goodness or the goodness of His gifts. Having one twist scripture doesn’t take away from scripture’s truth and worth, and the same thing is true of universal truths as well.

I believe that God’s creation does leave us without excuses, so does the truth of the revelation found in scripture.

The truth about God is both revealed in the universe and in the word, it is not one or the other. We can learn somethings about God in the universe and we can through Jesus Christ get to know God, in terms we can grasp as He became one of us. The scriptures pointed towards His coming, and tells why, then what is to come.

His invitation to come to God through His grace could never be found by looking at the stars or looking at rocks.

Specific revelation of that type must be generated from the source, just as in order to know what you think 🤔 about anything you must express yourself in ways we can understand.

You do understand that we can learn somethings through the universe itself so we are without excuse, and others through the written Word and testimony?

God created Adam, knowing in advance that he would eat the fruit.
God created Eve, knowing in advance that she would eat the fruit.
God allowed Satan into the garden to deceive Eve, and until then, there was no such thing as deception for Eve to have been on guard for.
God regretted creating mankind and destroyed them all in the flood.
Mankind reproduced and continued to be disobedient, in which God knew in advance.
God decided that punishment needed to take place for all the sins of mankind, which He knew would be committed in advance.
God sends His son from Heaven, who appears to have no Heavenly mother, to earth to pay for sins that God already knew in advance would be committed.
Humans since that point must believe in the Son's sacrifice or they will be sent to hell for eternity.

If a person really thinks about what is actually written in the Bible, and applies some common sense, then having doubt is reasonable.

Doubt is okay.

You have a choice to make and you make it is the bottom line, it is your choice.

Mark 9:24
"I believe, help my unbelief"

Jesus was fine with that statement.

Yes, from someone calling on Jesus for help, not someone content in their unbelief.

People cannot "choose to believe" something that they do not find credible. The very basis of your "it is your choice" schtick rings psychologically false.

Are the 5,000,000,000 or so theists around the world who are not members of your religion, do you think, "content in their unbelief"?
