Greetings folks. 🙂

Just wondered if any of you have ever farted before? I have decided i'd like to do one next week (probably for 3-4 days at first just to get an idea what's going on). Any advice, do's-dont's would be most appreciated. 🙂

One good thing about farting is that you don't fast so much. I fast quite a lot normally but when I go on a fart it seems to quell it somewhat. Watch out once your fart is over , my fasting returned good and proper. I was fasting in bed , fasting on the bus , but hey there's nothing better than a good fast!
