Why should I rate them? In what way is that relevant? If you can find someone worse than you, does that make you a better person? The practice of pointing at others as an excuse for your own bad behaviour is unsavory to say the least.

Backpeddling now when you make an issue of someone's "worst behavior" is slimy to say the least.
