People are required to keep dogs locked up behind fences when loose
or on a leash in my area.
Didn't I tell you that the JWs are instructed not to pay attention to
critical material of JW beliefs and organization? I know for I studied
with them for awhile. This was just proved by robbie carobbie's post.
