i think it is/can be a problem cause it is self-harm, however it depends on the situation. i only ever done it at times when i was serious about killing myself, so yeah in my personal situation i don't consider it was a problem. i would kind of 'taste de ...[text shortened]... rse... killing myself. it seemed like at those times 'the only option' left to stay alive.

Hey, I know that same feeling, I really do, I went though that last night, but I'm ok now, but I found it a problem because i had never done it before and I felt so ashamed.
