-Removed-Using Jonah and Nineveh to support your conclusion is not the best idea since Jesus said the complete opposite regarding Nineveh.
The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. (Matthew 12:41 KJV)
Nineveh repented at the preaching of Jonah . You cannot claim the opposite of what Jesus said clearly, and expect to make sense.
-Removed-Actually there is no contradiction. Jonah records the same thing Jesus said.
And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. (Jonah 3:10 KJV)
Jonah preached.
Nineveh changed and repented
God forgave them
No contradiction.

@rajk999 saidI agree with you, not only that Jesus made it a point to ponder as well.

Luke 11:32
Men of Nineveh shall stand up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and behold, more than Jonas is here.
@kellyjay saidThe point Jesus is making is that He is GREATER THAN all other prophets or Kings or preists and always will be greater as he is the Son of God. It is a warning for people in general to heed that warning and stop following after the teachings of men.

@rajk999 saidI don't know about stopping following the teaching of men in those passages,

Nineveh was sinning against God, and what teachings they were following by
men were mentioned, but I do agree that Jesus is greater as He is the Son of
God, they repented over the words that prophet said, and Jesus who is greater
calls us to repent. If people miss that, they miss what God is saying to us.

-Removed-Matthew 5:29
But if thy right eye be a snare to thee, pluck it out and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members perish, and not thy whole body be cast into hell.
Matthew 5:30
And if thy right hand be a snare to thee, cut it off and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members perish, and not thy whole body be cast into hell.
Matthew 10:28
And be not afraid of those who kill the body, but cannot kill the soul; but fear rather him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Mark 9:45
And if thy foot serve as a snare to thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life lame, than having thy two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire unquenchable;
Luke 12:5
But I will shew you whom ye shall fear: Fear him who after he has killed has authority to cast into hell; yea, I say to you, Fear *him*.
You say no, Jesus says yes, I believe Jesus.

-Removed-His mercy does endure forever, He judges us in righteousness, He is good, holy,
and will never be anything less than good, righteous, just, and holy; so can God
forgive someone who sins due to just His mercy, because He is also just and good?
Everything God does is going to satisfy everything there is to God, if He does
anything it will be due to righteousness, goodness, justice, mercy, and holiness
and not a single attribute of God will be lessened to satisfy another. Can God
show mercy or judgment at the same time across the board towards everyone?
Does God have to either forgive all, or condemn all, or can He do to each as
God requires showing mercy to some and condemnation of others as He sees
fit?
