Isn’t it obvious that Yahweh is amoral? He doesn’t practice what He preaches to humans.

Hardly, He creates life and sets the boundaries for when it ends so nothing about His beginning a life or ending one is wrong, where God is concerned. We are not like that. What makes people upset with God, is they are not, God, He is.

Are you now refuting capital punishment, bearing in mind it is God alone who sets the boundaries for when a human life ends?

What happens if fellow humans execute a human that God still has a purpose for?

Law was set up by God, and punishment was a part of that, some punishment was lesser for lesser crimes, and others capital punishment was also a part of that. So according to the law, if someone commits a crime, that is different, than me being mad at someone for something and killing them, one is lawful, the other not. Our concerns shouldn't be on that, but righteousness, a level playing field is what our laws have in play. If there are different sets of rules for one than another we have changed the topic.

If we were to look at God only as a one-dimensional being, where He only cares about loving, or where He only cares about forgiving, or where He only cares about making us feel good, we would be neglecting everything else that God is, as good, righteous, holy, and so on. A twisted view of God alters the whole universe, and everything in it, as He is the author of it.

God has accounted for our stupidity and sinfulness in His creation.

He gave humans freewill, sure. But what happens if fellow humans execute a human that God still has a purpose for? What if they execute the next David or Paul? (Both having done things worthy of execution).

God who transcends time and space, made provisions for all who come to Him and those who don't. We just make our choices and show who we are here, in the here and now.

Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation, and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain.
