Some presentations of a trinitarian concept are tritheistic.

This mysterious nature of God is not completely absent in the Old Testament.
I have pointed out how God sent God in Zechariah.
God is both the one sent and the sender of the one sent in Zechariah 2:8-11.
What God is cannot not be disassociated from what God DOES in the accomplishing of His will. He is three-one to pass through a process in which the culmination is to dispense Himself into His people.
Essentially He is three-one from eternity to eternity.
Economically He is three-one to go through a kind of journey out from Himself and eternity to impart Himself into man.
This journey or process included:
creation
incarnation
human living
redemptive dying
victorious resurrecting
ascending
descending as Spirit, coming into man as divine life via "a life giving Spirit".
I have thought on it for a long time. What God is cannot be separated from what God plans to do. The Triune God is essentially three-one and economically fulfilling His purpose by being three-one.

Basically it is method of trying to get someone to consider themselves inept or defective. Its a method of attacking the confidence of someone you have a disagreement with.

The truth is profound yet simple. Before all created life and created lives there is the uncreated divine eternal life which is God. He is the eternal source of life.
"For with You is the fountain of life;
In your light we see light." (Psalm 36:9)
This life came in a human man the Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God. And He had an indestructible life which God manifested to the world by raising Him from the dead vindicating that with God His Father is the fountain of life.
