Disobedience. Satan came into the picture and told Adam and Eve that they dont really have to obey God, as there are no consequences for disobedience. You are on the same mission.

I think sonship is referring to obstacles to Gods plan for planet Earth and humans. Omnipotence would have been established billions of years prior, and would not have been an obstacle for God on this planet, in my opinion.

There is no "obstacle" that can be formed against God.

Then there is this Truth: prior to Satan raising up his will against the will of God, everything God had created was "very good".

If there is no obstacle against God then there would be no fall of man, no flood, no need to confuse the language of the people when they built the Tower of Babel, no destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

why would an all powerful god need worry about anything?

There's just no such thing. The idea is anti-biblical. There is no evidence anywhere that an obstacle exists that can stand against God.
