Ok, now I accept that you might not regard some of the answers as satisfactory, but they splice this way in my view:

    Q: And what is 'earth'?
    A: Where God put us.

Q: Not heaven? not hell? not purgatory?
    A: No

Q: Is earth free of karma ?
A: From us coming into existance Yes

Q: Is it just a safe little stint between lives?
A: No this is our first life.

    Q: Does the past matter?
    A: Yes,

Q: Do i just rave because I've no idea?
    A: I don't know

Q: You seem to have some ideas ,so tell me, What is 'earth'?
    (if not purgatory)
A: Purgatory is seperate from Earth, a different place.

Now, that's the best I could do, but you can see that most of it is credible, although his 3 and 5 are a little odd maybe. Or I could have misinterpreted and daniel might correct my effort.

Thank you so much my Lord.
To think that there are people out there who would go to such an effort. An effort to clarify and not obfuscate.
Well daniel? Did Lord Shark get it right?

Your 5 was reasonable on reflection, since the question put was really a way of asserting that earth was purgatory, and you simply stated your disagreement in reply.

Ok than I shall proceed and give my answers. Pat attention now!
    1. Earth is many things to many people, however I will give just one definition. Earth is a 'class 3' planet which is otherwise known as a 'planet of sorrows'. This may be changed in the future though.
2.From the wisdom of the Bhudda and my own reasoning from my experiences I believe it fits all the criteria for a kind of purgatory.
3.(I didn't quite understand your answer). Maybe some pockets of the Earth is free of karma but by and large I see the effects of karma everywhere.
4.(again I dont know why either of you would think this is answering my question) . No it isn,t safe. Safety is an illusion.
    5. Yes and No
6.I would like to think I have some idea and since you engage me in my silly little questions you must think I have some idea too. (or are you just trying to convert this poor sinner?)
7.Everything is connectd, even you and I. Only three things separate us: time , space , decision-making.
    thnx for your time

So if I say 2+2=4 and someone else says 2+2=5 and there's no wisdom in that, would I go to that man for advice?

Actually I think we must all strive to acquire wisdom within the context of our own journey.
