And by what unit of measure do you use to know for sure if "they" come dawn to logic and reasoning and superiority?
@eye-of-horus-42 removed their quoted postWe are broken we need someone greater than us to save us.
@eye-of-horus-42 removed their quoted postNo, the bridge between us and God who is righteous, good, pure, loving, and Holy is to large and beyond our abilities to meet by our efforts. There is nothing that we can do on our own that cleans us from our guilt and there is nothing that we could do to compel God to act on our behalf.
So the reality is we have to rely on the loving kindness and mercy of God that He showed us with the sinless One, becoming sin for us revealing God’s mercy and grace. Not compelled by us but offered by Him, not due to anything we can brag about but by our Savior.
If it were not that way as another said, we would have to go through eternity listening to everyone bragging about the things they did to get there.
