It is in the very first part of the video. He says this is extra information before his normal lecture just because of the makeup of this audience and concerns that other audiences like this had brought up. So you don't have to watch the normal lecture on the shroud to get those 4 reasons.

The significance depends on what you believe about the Shroud. If no person on this Forum is willing to listen to what the scientists that actually examined the Shroud say about it, then there is no point in me bringing it up anymore.
