I was in my caravan for two weeks and i had decided to 'do nothing'
All i did was lay around , drink a couple of cups of coffee and a little cleaning.
Mostly i just stared at the walls.
After about 2 weeks and nearly going insane I decided to sit up and meditate.
Oh! did the walls start falling around me.
I got a vision in my head of a friend.
I went to visit them and returned to a more 'normal' life.
Lucky.. I nearly went insane.

yes,yes,general.
This was my take on 'non-dualism' in action.
Try it sometime. Do nothing, (and resist that urge to do something), and see what happens.
