Do you know the origin of that symbol?

You'll be surprised.

I believe I have attained "liberation",(from the fear of death)
And with all due respect I believe your advice is a bit out-dated. The times they are a changin'. Secrets are coming out. More and more people are born everyday with the potential to be Zen masters, or so I percieve.

I will happily take instruction ...[text shortened]... o enlightenment.

Despite your advice I am going to keep throwing caution into the wind.
When the Kundalini is aroused, all the sleeping Divinity in man is aroused. But you said that you have been liberated on arousal of Kundalini because you have lost the fear of Death !
Fear of Death is eliminated in every soldier who has tasted, for once, what it is to come under enemy fire. Once he has endured the enemy fire all that remains with him is the desire to get even.He has then lost his fear of death. Or say a rookie Fire fighter who has his first experience of attacking a roaring fire from close with burning beams falling near him and the smoke choking him. Once he is through that,he no longer is afraid of Death. Karoly, loosing fear of Death is quite common and not to be mistaken for realization of God. Please do no not think you have experienced a Kundalini arousal. You will then be no longer posting on RHP.

I don't know the name, but the origin is the Old Testament allegory
of the coming of Christ. Should we call it the "bronze serpent"? From
Hezekiah time it is called 'Nehustan'.

Check the Book of Numbers 21:4-9 and then Jesus' reference to it
in John 3:14-16.

I believe the "bronze serpent" symbolized Jesus the Christ on the
cross.

That is correct.

And all those who would turn to it would be healed.

Yes, I understand what you mean.
I just thought arousal of Kundalini and perfect errection of Kundalini were two different things (?)

Hehe... nah man. And I should know.

It is something very real and despite rvsakhadeo's insistence that I was hallucinating, I believe I have already detailed here the difference between the hallucination and the real experience.
