I decided to check in on you sorry lot today to see what you've been up to in my absence. I see that this forum is still the same lamentable comedy that it has always been.
I have a few questions if anybody would be so gracious as to fill me in on happenings that I've missed.
Have we had any converts or rejections of faith?
Is the RBHILL Bible Study series still taking place?
Has bbarr settled his debt, or is he spending all of his time constructing arguments that are inevitably futile due to the disproportionate distribution of intellectual capacity among the forum members (ref. The Argument from Evil thread, and the new DCT thread that will surely meet the same fate)?
Do people really still believe in Noah's Ark?
Does lucifershammer still believe that Terri Schiavo has a chance to return to normalcy with the help of God?
Have I missed any good false analogies?
Is anybody else planning a forum sabbatical, having realized what a waste of time this all is?

It has come to my attention that RBHILL has disappeared from the ranks. This saddens me, and I am sure I am not alone in praying for God to put it on his heart to return with a renewed spiritual vigor.

I'm sorry but you are alone on this one, Herr Docktor.

Originally posted by DoctorScribbles I'm afraid you're mistaken. The official position of the BWA is that we should pray for his quick return.
While I'm here, what is your take on the Supreme Court's property rights ruling? Did they get it right, or did they blow it?
They got it wrong, but it's interesting that the right-wingers like Rehnquist who never saw a fundamental right that they saw fit to protect are so concerned about economic ones. Still, the New Haven case and the medical marijuana case are both atrocities; there's a lot of the Framers acting like tops six feet under.

What's bbarr's debt?
To answer the first question - I think there are some interesting threads (interesting to me, at least) out there.
To answer the second - yes, I still do. 🙂 I think it unlikely, but not impossible.

That is most certainly correct. The BWA fully supports his return.
Speaking of the Supreme Court decision on property rights, it is my understanding that an individual in New Hampshire has requested possession of David Souter's home to make a gaming casino out of it as it would produce more tax income for the city. He needs three of the five city councilmen to agree for this to happen.

ROFL, sweet justice. After they do it, the SC should change thier minds
and say, oops sorry our bad, cannot do that any more. 🙂

Dr. S
Ummmmm, are you saying that some folks don't believe in Noah's ark? I know me and Jesus do!
