Thank goodness. I almost worked myself into a sweat with worry.
Now I can relax knowing NASA is on the case.

Many religious people believe that the 21 of December 2012 will be the last day on earth and the day they will meet their creator. They will be very disappointed the morning the 22 December. I'm glad that I'm not religious.

You will be very disappointed the morning the 22 December when the Earth is still there?
Or you will be disappointed if you don't meet you creator? You can meet your creator any day, just jump out from any bridge.

Not so. Many people like to pretend that they believe that. I bet you that you cant find a single one that will actually give you all his money before that date, or place a serious bet that the world will end on that date.

With a high wager you will make a lot of money on that bet.

    Yes, okay...
...but would you like to try again, this time giving a straight answer?

No, I will not be disappointed for I am not like those muslim who wish
to meet the creator with their childish attitude of "ready or not, here I
come." I believe I will be saved if I endure to the end like the Holy Bible
says. Besides, I have other things I like to do in this life that will keep
me happily occupied while I wait for that time.

Please shut up with all this "the end is nigh" blather. It makes those who believe in God sound like extremist weirdos - I'm not. You maybe are, probably are, almost certainly are. I'm not decided about you, your beliefs or your chess rating as of yet, everytime you post stuff like this you further undermine any credibility with me.

    Sorry if I'm wrong.

Remember that many christians make their neigbours meet their creator ina very violently way. Conclusion: Many Christians are very unChristian.

Making sweeping accusations about Muslims are very racist nonChristian behaviour. Don't you know what Jesus told us?

I did not make any sweeping accusations about Muslims in general. I
was referring to those like those that flew the airplane into the buildings
in New York City and Arlington County, Virginia or who routinely blow
    themselves up in Israel.

So you don't object by me mention the fact that there are Christian terrorists too? Quite a few. Some of them being quite cruel too?

Or if I mention the Jewish terrorists operating from the State of Israel, within their borders and outside?

Believing 'the end is nigh' is no more or less weird than believing in God and all that goes with it. Either you are an extremist weirdo, or you are grossly misjudging 'the end is nigh' folks.
How do you justify characterising such beliefs as 'extremist'?
