I am not sure hat principles may affect a hoteliers decision to refuse entry to gays. I have not looked at the matter in any great depth, merely noted what has transpired in the poplar media with regard to prosecutions.

I dint think we have ever construed that gays are being punished although the principle that you reap what you sow, in other words, they contracted HIV because of their own actions.
